AFS is a Houston based automotive restyling company that specializes in application of films and ceramic coatings for those looking to enhance, perfect and protect their most treasured vehicles. Mike Norng is the owner and founder of Auto Film Specialists, and since 2005 has been at the forefront of tint and paint protection film sales and installation. His companies were a part of the very few that introduced energy efficient films to the Houston market in 2010, as well as Paint Protection Film in the early 2000’s.

The professionals at AFS deserve more than five stars. I did quite a bit of research to look for the best auto film specialists in Houston, and I could not be more pleased. Emily, the sales manager, guided me through the entire process and provided some of the best customer service I’ve had from any industry. I was contacted almost daily with photo updates of my vehicle’s progress over a two week period. Tammy was also very helpful answering some of my last-minute questions and providing updates. They treated my car with PPF film, color change wrap, ceramic coating, and window tinting. Admittedly, I’m a very demanding customer generally, and do have a fair degree of OCD and could not be more pleased and impressed with the final result.

My tint just installed today. Xpel Prime XR PLUS , same day service.20% on front windows + top glass and 5% on the back.HIGHLY recommend the AFS team off of I -45 and Airtex. When you walk into this location, you are greeted with a beautiful smile. Tammy has definitely been amazing throughout this journey and service. Tammy walked me through the different variations of tint and the benefits for each one. I later asked about ceramic coating my vehicle and with no hesitation, Tammy provided me with different quotes and the longevity of each one.With each question that I provided, she was ready with an answer and explanation. AFS is absolutely amazing! I was really unsure of who to trust when it came to getting ppf and ceramic coating done on my new Nissan Z. The entire team at AFS made me feel so welcomed and comfortable through the entire process. The team members who work at the desk are super friendly and explained the process in detail. They showed us their entire facility which is so beautiful, clean and organized. I love that they take videos of their work and are willing to provide the video to the customer. I wrapped my Tesla at Afs. I also did ceramic coating as well. I am so happy with the results. They are honest and really specialist in what they do. Afs does thorough job as they take out panel tuck wrap/ppf to the behind the panel to keep it strong and covering panels. This is a lot of work when you compare to just putting film on a standing car. For sure it will make the film long lasting and also there will be no unprotected parts. Ceramic coating makes car really slick and easier to clean. I am following their advice and always hand washing my car. I would recommend everyone to Afs only.Enjoy your Car!!!

The team at AFS North location is wonderful to talk and work with. My contact was Tammy and she was very sweet, informative, and took the time to answer my questions throughout the whole experience. She was always available and gave great incite on what would be best for our GX 460. Seth was also helpful and made sure everything worked out.They have a follow up process where you can take your vehicle back in two weeks and they’ll make sure their work is close to perfect. If there is an issue they’ll resolve it.I’ve been to other well known auto detailing places in Houston and would definitely recommend AFS North hands down. You will not be disappointed.

Needed a side panel and front bumper wrap replacement with ceramic coat for my model Y. Didn’t have anyone local for this (relo’d from SoCal recently) and AFS happened to be next to the SC. Absolutely love this shop and glad I had my work done here. If you are purchasing a Tesla just drop it off next door, they share a building. Had tint, PPF, and stek dynoshield installed. Only issue I had was the dynoshield had a wave in it (known manufacturer issue). Called AFS and they are taking care of it. That’s why you go to a quality shop like this, the warranty and service is the real value. Would definitely recommend.

THE BEST Auto wrap in the nation. Honestly 5 stars doesn't speak enough for the quality and customer service that I have experienced. I have use their service twice this past year and I was never disappointed. A year ago Audi (old employee) was honest and professional about my PPF and Ceramic Coating. He kept me posted and sent photos on each process. He made the experience smooth and stress free.Recently, another car hit my side fender and luckily enough it only went through the Xpel PPF. When the XPel PPF was removed, there was no dent or paint damage which made the decision to get another Xpel PPF a no brainer. This time around Seth help me out.
